Increase for the hydraulic W11Y Symmetric three roller-type machine,is designed for the development of modified car industry equipment of wide-type coil.Vertical take-off and landing on the roller,vertical take-off and landing with digital
display,eye-catching visual displacement,the roll at both ends by the PLC control can be realized in parallel(or tilt)of the
synchronous state.Second,to take the initiative to roll under the roller can be rolled plate special wide format products,is ideal for automobile factory equipment.

The feed of the metal plate and the transmission of the upper roller, the friction between the plate and the roller, through the arc formed by the three tangent points of the contact between the three rollers and the metal plate, the flat plate can be bent into an arc or a closed cylindrical shape.
During operation, the plate is fed into the middle of the upper roller and the lower roller, and pressure is generated on the
metal plate. At this time, the lifting screw is adjusted, and the forward and reverse switches are alternately operated to make the plate roll back and forth, and then turn the upper roller lower, adjust and rotate for many times, so that the bending of the plate meets the requirements. At this time, take out the small shaft and remove the left bearing of the upper roller. The finished product can be taken out from one end of the upper roller. However, the hard bearing must be used before the left bearing is finally removed. The object supports the upper roller to maintain the balance of the upper roller. Such a curved metal plate will leave a straight section at the front and rear ends, which can be manually shaped into an arc in advance. When the taper is rolled, adjust the left and right screw rods to a certain extent, and repeat the above method for the rest.
